Tasting Notes: It has a garnet red color with orange reflections. The bouquet reveals scents of roses, violets, dried fruits, and spices.

Ageing/Vinification: The wine is vinified in stainless steel with délestage and manual punchdowns. Malolactic fermentation is naturally completed in stainless steel. It is aged for 36 months in Tonneaux.

Vineyard: The soil is porphyric and volcanic, with a significant presence of iron. The Guyot method is used for cultivation, and the grapes are manually harvested in 20kg boxes. Yields per hectare are approximately 60 quintals.
