Tasting Notes: Intense straw yellow colour, tending to gold. A nose of citrus and tropical fruit, almond and hawthorn blossom. Dry and crisp palate with a full acidic structure, typical of the varietal.

Ageing/Vinification: Skin contact maceration with fermentation in 25hL oak barrels. AgedOn lees for 6 months followed by an additional 4 months in the bottle.

Vineyard: Vineyards are situated on a hill at an altitude of 350m above sea level.
